Background

In order to collaborate with other teams, we contacted igem team from School of Life Sciences, Tsinghua University. Restricted by COVID-19 pandemic, we held an online seminar to exchange our project results.

We exchange our ideas with Tsinghua's igem team.

  • We introduced our ideas of an autonomously graph-based pathfinding algorithm for scRNA-seq dataset.

  • We also exchange our ideas about how to choose and train an appropriate deep learning architecture.

  • They shared the idea of providing sperm quality detection product for household use.

  • They introduced their software tools making use of deep learning architecture to facilitate synthetic biology implementation.
