Junya Li

The captain of NNU - China 2022; designed and built engineered strain of Yarrowia lipolytica for production of DHA; participated in the discussion on how to design the steps of strain optimization to improve DHA production; responsible for the education and communication of human practices; participated in team work, igem promotion and wiki writing; participated in team uniform design, questionnaires design as well as final and promotional video production; responsible for following up the work progress of each group.

Haoxuan Wang

Vice captain of NNU-China 2022; the leader of human practice, participated in the planning of human practices; participated in team work, igem promotion and wiki writing; participated in team uniform design, questionnaires design as well as finals and promotional video production; participated in materials preparation and collation.

Xiaolu Sun

The leader of experimental group, designed and constructed engineered strain of Yarrowia lipolytica to produce EPA and DHA; participated in the production and review of presentation communication materials.

Chenyu Gu

Member of NNU-China 2022; participated in human practices, team work and igem publicity, participated in the writing of wiki and materials preparation, participated in the production of finals and promotional videos.

Dan Wu

Hao Chen

Members of the experimental group; designed and constructed engineered strain of Yarrowia lipolytica to produce EPA and DHA; participate in design discussions to improve the optimization steps of EPA output strains, learn to supplement the PART part of the webpage page.

Huanyu Li

Member of experimental group; participated in the design and construction of engineered strain of Yarrowia lipolytica for DHA production; participated in making picture books, designing questionnaires and template ideas for extended web pages, participated in discussing the optimization steps of strains to improve DHA production; learnt the supplementary web part; guided synthetic biology project for high school students and assisted teenagers to have a preliminary understanding of laboratory visits.

Thanks to our Primary PI Dr. Xiaoman Sun for organizing NNU-China and providing lab, materials and instruments.

Thanks to Academician Chen Jian, the lectures he organized inspired us to produce the idea of exploring the microbial production of ω -3 unsaturated fatty acids.

Thanks to Prof. Kai Yuan for giving us a course which helped us to identify the carrier of ω -3 unsaturated fatty acids.

Thanks to Prof. Xuechao Hu, he affirmed the effectiveness of Omega-3 eggs. Our team has a deep understanding of the development status and prospects of functional eggs.
