Abstract
Our results have shown that irradiating the sample with excitation light can significantly enhance the fluorescence intensity, which has a more obvious effect. To achieve this goal, we designed a cheap and recyclable handheld illuminator consisting of low-cost electronic components, light filters and 3D printed cases made of biodegradable polylactic acid.

Finally, we managed to develop a handheld illuminator that can help us observe fluorescence with the naked eyes.
