March 1st Acquaintance on the Online Meeting up
The first acquaintance was in the meeting up hosted by ZJU-China, HiZJU-China, ZJUT-China, ZJUint-China, CPU-China in May. After sharing the project, the two teams found that our project was related to agriculture. Some ideas have certain similarities, and cooperation can be achieved in various aspects. So after discussions between the two teams, it was decided to establish a partnership, and the cooperation and communication between us began.

July 7th Human Practices
In this communication in HPs, we shared our previous data on public surveys to complement each other's lack of surveys, and discussed the follow-up cooperation with HP in our project.
During our communication, the SZU-China team shared their research on genetically modified plants and biochemical pesticides, and we also shared research on pest control, so as to further improve and supplement the preliminary research work of our project.
During the discussion of the follow-up progress, they put forward a lot of valuable comments on our questionnaire, and also provided us with more angles to make our survey more comprehensive. At the same time, because we mainly conducted research on farmers in the early stage, we did not receive very good results. Therefore, we suggested that the SZU-China team should focus on the government, and shared with them our feelings during the research process, which also provided a certain reference for their follow-up work.

July 26th Wet Lab
In the experimental section, we communicated about the choice of chassis strains. The SZU-China team chose to use Rhizoctonia solani for transformation, but this filamentous fungus is difficult to count, and there are many obstacles in the experiment. We suggest that they can try filtering the liquid cultured chrysalis, then drying and weighing. At the same time, they also shared with us a lot of experience in using these uncommon chassis bacteria, which is also a very valuable experience for us.

August 8th Dry lab
Through communication, we got an important idea about gas detection from the SZU-China team: detection of volatile gas with electronic nose. Due to the low accuracy of detecting specific gases, the electronic nose detects a broad spectrum through an array of six gas sensors and is trained to achieve a certain accuracy.

September 6th Human Practices
In this conversation, we had a more in-depth exchange on the last meeting. After completing the interview with the government, the SZU-China team shared with us their process and experience in conducting the government interview in detail, which helped us in the next interview. On some interview questions, they also provided us with useful advice. We have also explored the possibility of cooperating with the SZU-China team to carry out a popularization campaign for farmers, which will be implemented in the future. They pointed out to us that they have encountered some problems in the cultivation and production of biocontrol bacteria such as Trichoderma dark green. They hope that we can obtain the corresponding information through the biological company we cooperate with, and we will actively contact the biological company to provide assistance within our ability.
