Overall, some main basic parts, e.g. SbMYB75 (BBa_K4399003) SbDEL (BBa_K4399004) XVE(BBa_K4399014) , and composite parts, e.g. theinducible anthocyanin biosynthesis system (IA, BBa_K4399012) and the negative control for inducible anthocyanin biosynthesis (NC, BBa_K4399013) , were successfully constructed by method of golden gate assembly. The parts constructed were proved by PCA assay and fluorescent assay. Though Agrobacterium-mediated transformation, we obtained transformants carrot hairy roots that was also detected and selected by GFP fluorescence signal and validated by PCR detection of target genes. In the end, the IA root lines were induced β-estradiol to synthetize much higher relative content of anthocyanins than that in NC line
