Notebook

From the very beginning of our labs, we documented our work on the online notebook platform “Benchling” in order to keep track of everyone’s work and stay organized. We divided our notebooks into 4 parts: General Preparations, Toxin, Antitoxin, and Shoot. General preparation is a combination of of both the general preparations notebook and the Toxin/Antitoxin preparations notebook. The Antitoxin notebook is a combination of the prfa ligation notebook, Antitoxin pLO insert notebook, and the construct testing notebook. The notebooks of each section can be found below.
