Clarification of the table

In our attribution evaluation system, each team member's contribution to the whole project is calculated in scale of 3 on different sections. In this scale, "0" refers to no contribution to this section; "1" refers to minor participation in this section; "2" refers to large participation in this section; "3" refers to contributing most part of this section; "3*" refers to completing nearly all work in this section. In Wet Lab part specifically, "0" refers to no participation in wet lab, "1" refers to 1-5 days' work in lab, "2" refers to 5-8 days in lab, "3" refers to 8-14 days in lab, "3*" refers to more than 14 days in lab. Other attributions out of the table are stated specifically in the following part.

Attributions from PIs

Kang Du Teacher of Biology in BNDS, Our Primary Instructor. He helped us in registering our team and collecting consent forms.

Wanji Li Alumnus of BNDS, also an experienced iGEMer that participated in iGEM in multiple roles for 5 years. He guided us to do kinetics assays and related data analysis. He also helped us debug the crystal violet induction system’s design by finding out the problem of the gap between the start codon and RBS.

Attributions from advisors and instructors

Tingzhen LiuOur team’s advisor, also an experienced iGEMer. He helped us to design and debug our western blotting experiment. Also, he assisted us in uploading the wiki.
