Background

How do we find this question?

An electronic company in Suzhou, which is a supplier of a well-known mobile phone manufacturer, was exposed for secretly discharging heavy metal sewage

Before the epidemic, the Suzhou Environmental Protection Public Welfare Organization (Green Jiangnan) sampled the water source at the location of the Yijia electronic discharge pipe and sent it to an institution with a testing mechanism for testing.

Water purification system

HARDWARE

We designed a biofilm reactor, which we have used our brand-new bioengineer bacteria, to purify industrial water, combining three processes in a single device.

MODEL

We strive to achieve full-system simulations ranging from molecules to pathways, to bacterial growth process, and finally to device hydrodynamic modeling.

EXPERIMENTS

Inspired by synthetic biology methodologies, our team created a customized biofilm system that incorporated experimental verification and modeling.
