CADIock

An early-diagnosis screening test for
coronary artery disease using
microRNA biomarkers.

Globally, coronary artery disease causes 17.8 million deaths every year.

Coronary artery disease is most prevalent in the Southeastern United States.

Current detection methods are costly and invasive, making them inaccessible to many.

CADlock utilizes three upregulated miRNA biomarkers to correlate with the presence of coronary artery disease.
