Recipe: BG-11 Medium
Medium for cultivation of Cyanobacteria
To make BG-11 media, you need to prepare various stock solutions. The recipes for the particular solutions you find in the table below. Stock solutions 1-3 need to be sterile filtered or autoclaved.
